Karyna Spence

Karyna Spence, LCSWA

Karyna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWA), having earned her master’s in social work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who specializes in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and major life transitions. Drawing from modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic practices, and other strengths-based approaches, Karyna takes a collaborative and holistic approach to healing.

Clients appreciate Karyna’s warm, relatable presence and the safe, nonjudgmental space she creates—whether it’s helping someone make sense of overwhelming emotions, reconnect with their sense of self, or develop tools for daily resilience. Karyna believes that every part of a person holds value and that meaningful change happens when we feel seen, understood, and supported.

With a strong belief in meeting people where they are, Karyna works at a pace that feels right for each client, integrating evidence-based tools with curiosity and care. She hopes that through collaboration, clients will be able to gain insight and implement healthy coping strategies that will help them overcome obstacles and increase resiliency.

Outside of the office, Karyna enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and getting a vanilla latte at a local coffee shop.
