Kristen Fowler, LCSWA
Kristen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who supports teens and adult women navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Kristen is passionate about working with women exploring relationship dynamics and with individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence, sexual trauma, or challenging relationship patterns. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other strengths-based approaches, she takes a holistic and integrative approach to healing that honors each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
Kristen’s approach is warm and direct, grounded in building a trusting therapeutic relationship. She integrates evidence-based tools, curiosity, and compassion to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are.
Outside of the therapy room, Kristen enjoys traveling, reading, watching women’s basketball, savoring anything with maple syrup, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Scout.
