Felix is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families to support the achievement of their personal goals. Felix is wedded to the belief that the client-therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy and is tantamount to successful collaboration.

Felix is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and she incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work. She strategically draws from these approaches to personalize therapy and address each client’s specific needs.

Felix earned her Ph.D. in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and her M.S.W. from East Carolina University. She is a military veteran who enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
