The skills gained from the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) help people understand their nervous system and learn to track sensations connected to their own well-being. Using the wisdom of their own bodies, people experience rapid relief from symptoms accompanied by increased sense of control over future wellness.

Aspire offers CRM Basic Two-Day Training open to everyone. CRM is easily learned and accessible regardless of age, culture or educational level.

Participants will come away with tools for self-care, as well as with skills they can share with family, friends and their wider social network. People who play a role in responding to stress and trauma – in hospitals, classrooms, community centers, faith communities and neighborhoods – find CRM to be tremendously valuable.

Continuing Education Unit (CEUs) are available for this workshop at an additional cost of $30:

  • Category A NC Psychology Credit: This program will provide contact hours (Category A) of continuing education for North Carolina Psychologists. Partial credit will not be awarded.
  • Wake AHEC CEU(s): Wake AHEC will provide 1.3 CEU to participants upon completion of this activity.
  • Contact Hours: Wake AHEC will provide up to 13 Contact Hours to participants.

Please contact Aspire Counseling Group with further questions.
