Jackie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than eight years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families on their journey toward wellness. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and relocated to North Carolina with her family in 2010.
Jackie has extensive training in helping people with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, social difficulties, parenting and overall stress management. Additionally, she specializes in working with young adults in developing a healthy self-image and coping with the struggles that occur during this time in their lives.
Utilizing a strengths-based and collaborative approach, Jackie creates a warm and compassionate environment for her clients. As a therapist, she aims to empower her clients to tackle life’s challenges by developing strength, hope and the skills needed to heal and achieve their goals.
