Lilach Yerushalmi-Domb, MSW, LCSW

Lilach Yerushalmi-Domb is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. Throughout her 12-year career, she has successfully worked with adult clients in various settings as an individual and group therapist. Lilach earned her master’s degree in social work from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, in a psychoanalytically oriented program.

Lilach uses different modalities in therapy, tailored to every client’s needs. She primarily uses Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based, crisis intervention, and psychodrama with her clients. She specializes in PTSD, mood disorders, relationship issues, anger management, substance abuse and addictive behaviors, social phobia, domestic violence, postpartum depression, life transitions, multicultural and race concerns, and the LGBTQ community.

Passionate about creating meaningful relationships with her clients, Lilach believes every client deserves the experience of being heard and seen in a non-judgmental and accepting environment. She also believes therapy is a place where you can re-evaluate and challenge your beliefs, feelings, and choices to move towards more satisfying, peaceful, and authentic relationships with yourself and others.

Lilach is fluent in Hebrew and English.
