Stephanie is a dedicated professional who began her career in Social Work, earning a Bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in 2017. She furthered her education with a Master’s in Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2023, becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate in North Carolina.
Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Stephanie helps her clients manage their thoughts and emotions, creating a person-centered atmosphere that encourages self-exploration. Her expertise extends to Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), art therapy, and play therapy. These techniques allow her to address the unique needs of individuals, families, and children in diverse therapeutic settings, promoting healing.
Stephanie is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. In her counseling practice, she fosters a warm and understanding environment, inviting clients to embark on a journey of healing and growth together.
Outside of work, Stephanie finds joy in spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She is an avid traveler, having explored numerous countries in South America and Europe. Stephanie also shares a love for television and film, a passion inherited from her parents.
