Warren Gibbs, MSW, LCSWA
Warren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who works with adults, couples, and families. Warren completed his master’s degree in social work at the University of Southern California, recently graduating with honors.
Warren builds a therapeutic alliance with his clients, helping them discover patterns, behaviors, habits, and solutions. He is also interested in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, shame/guilt, and ineffective communication styles. Because of his experience, Warren has a particular interest in working with and advocating for those with traumatic brain injuries and substance abuse issues.
His clinical perspective is heavily influenced by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He is ambitious and driven, always willing to learn new approaches and modalities.
Through both personal and professional experiences, Warren has developed a humble, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental approach; he meets clients where they are in their healing. Warren often tells clients that “he is the coach, but the game is led by the player, and they will create a playbook together to get the win.”
